How payments work
Two separate things happen on BidPanda, and only one of them touches our billing system.
1. Your BidPanda subscription
The $4.99/month Advertiser plan and the $9.99/month (or $80/year) Creator plan are billed by BidPanda directly through our payment provider. We accept major debit and credit cards; the checkout and billing portal are hosted by our payments processor, so BidPanda never stores your card details. Manage or cancel a subscription any time from your dashboard. See our refund policy for cancellations and billing errors.
2. Paying a creator for a promotion
This part never goes through BidPanda. Once you've unlocked a creator, you agree on scope and price directly with them and pay using whichever method they accept — creators list their own accepted methods on their profile, commonly:
- PayPal
- Wise
- Stripe link
- Gumroad
- Patreon
- Crypto
- Bank transfer
- Other
Because this money never passes through BidPanda, we can't hold it in escrow, reverse a payment, or guarantee a creator delivers what was agreed. Treat it like any other direct payment to an independent contractor: agree on scope in writing before you pay, and prefer a method with some buyer protection (PayPal Goods & Services, for example) for a first-time deal with a new creator.
If something goes wrong with a deal
BidPanda isn't a party to the agreement and can't force a refund or a delivery. What we can do: remove a creator who misrepresents their account, pricing, or communities — use the “Report this creator” link on their profile. See the FAQ for more.
